Process 1: Infrared Positioning Heat Transfer Process. Infrared alignment of the CD Diamond ensures more precise placement. Heat transfer materials are used to treat the fabric, baking it to fix the printed pattern. Fluorescent powder is added during the offset printing process, allowing creativity and inspiration to shine.

Process 2: Fluid Sealing Process. Liquid adhesive strips are solidified through cooling, forming an invisible fluid seal at the fabric seams. Gradient adhesive application is used in the three-dimensional pleats, achieving waterproof sealing. Functionality and aesthetics coexist.
